At Fexovro S.A. (CUIT 30-71829405-9, registered at Av. Alvear 1807, 4th floor, Recoleta, CABA) we process your personal data under Argentine Law 25,326 on Personal Data Protection, its complementary rules and the guidelines issued by the Agencia de Acceso a la Información Pública (AAIP). This policy explains what data we collect, for what purposes and what rights you hold as a data subject.
1. Data controller
Fexovro S.A., registered with the IGJ under Nº 1,928,341, is the data controller. You may contact our Data Protection Officer at privacidad@fexovro.com. Our record with the AAIP is active and publicly listed.
2. Data we collect
We collect identifying data (name, DNI, CUIT/CUIL), contact data (email, phone), financial data (declared net worth for PSAV/UIF due diligence), navigation data (IP address, device, cookies under Consent Mode v2) and communications content when you initiate a request via the site.
3. Purposes
We use your data to (i) assess your investor profile and comply with UIF obligations; (ii) send you information about active projects that match your profile; (iii) execute mutual contracts with mortgage collateral; (iv) handle enquiries and complaints; (v) improve the platform through anonymous metrics.
4. Legal basis
The applicable legal bases are contractual performance, the free and informed consent you grant when submitting the form, and the legal obligations imposed by Law 25,246 (UIF) and Law 27,440 (capital markets).
5. Third parties and international transfers
We share strictly necessary information with notary offices, external law firms, auditors and technology providers based in Argentina and in jurisdictions with an adequate level of protection as determined by the AAIP. We never sell or transfer data to third parties for advertising purposes.
6. Retention
We retain your data for the full duration of the relationship and up to 10 years thereafter for fiscal and anti-money laundering obligations. Once that period elapses, the data is safely deleted or dissociated.
7. ARCO rights
You may exercise your rights of access, rectification, update, cancellation and opposition by writing to privacidad@fexovro.com attaching a copy of your ID. We respond within the 10 calendar days provided by Law 25,326.
8. Complaints before the AAIP
If you believe your rights have not been properly addressed, you are entitled to file a complaint with the Agencia de Acceso a la Información Pública, the control body of Law 25,326.
